Thank you for choosing Tranquil Designs LLC for your interior design needs. We strive to provide exceptional service and ensure your satisfaction. Please review our refund policy outlined below:

Refund Eligibility:
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

Project cancellation within 24hrs of signing the agreement.

Failure to commence the project within 7 business days after the agreed start date.

2. Non-Refundable Deposits:

All consultation fees and design concept development fees are non-refundable.

3. Timeframe for Refunds:

Refund requests must be submitted within 5 days of the eligible circumstance.

4. Cancellation Policy:

Clients may cancel the project by providing written notice. Cancellation fees may apply based on the completed work.

5. Scope of Services:

Refunds are applicable to fees related to incomplete or unsatisfactory services. Products and third-party services are not eligible for refunds.

6. Communication of Issues:

Clients must promptly communicate any concerns or issues that may lead to a refund request to Deri Washington at deri@tranquil-designs

Refund requests will be processed within 14 days of receiving all required documentation and information.

7. Documentation Requirements:

Clients must provide sufficient documentation supporting the refund request, such as photos, written descriptions, or other relevant evidence.

8. Modification Clause:

Tranquil Designs LLC reserves the right to modify this refund policy. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.
